We specialize in the time honored craft of soldered stage jewelry. As well as acrylic and glass types of jewelry. It is sturdy and well made to handle the rigorous activity of performance.
Can you create custom designs based on our concepts?
Absolutely! We work closely with our clients to turn their concepts into reality. You can send us your concept drawing by clicking on the “Costumers” button on our homepage.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we manufacture costume jewelry in a variety of sizes depending on the size of the stage performer. A good measurement of the area that the jewelry will be worn on the body is requested.
How do I measure a head for a crown?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the widest part of the head. Generally the middle of the forehead and around the back. Take a few measurements and go with the largest one. We also advise using soft floral gallery wire to create a mockup of the crown band and form it to their head. Immediately follow up by placing the mockup on a piece of paper and drawing around the outside with a marker. People really do have different shaped heads – most are an oval egg shape. However there is the occasional box head or round head.
Can you make crowns adjustable?
Yes, we can make a crown adjustable. The back part of the crown will not be soldered to the rest of the crown. Instead it will be made to be bolted into the adjustability of the band. We can disguise the nuts by attaching rhinestones to them to make them less visible.
How do I open a wholesale account?
You can submit a request to register online for a wholesale account here. Your request for a wholesale account will be approved based on several factors: do you currently sell retail? Where do you sell? Do you plan on selling long term? Etc.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece, unless otherwise stated.
How long does it take to manufacture and ship an order?
Manufacturing time varies depending on the complexity and volume of the order and the amount of orders currently on the books. Typically, it take 5 – 12 weeks. Shipping times vary based on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer UPS international shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Depending on the size of the order we can offer free shipping for all orders.
Customization and Design Process
How do I submit my own costume design for production?
You can submit your design through our online form by clicking on the “Costumers” button on our home page or contact our design team directly at moa[email protected]]. We’ll guide you through the process.
Can I request modifications to existing designs?
Certainly! We can generally modify existing designs to meet your specific needs. Some designs are made from molds and we can only change the color.
Do you provide material options for custom designs?
Yes, we can offer material options.
Pricing and Payment Questions
How is pricing determined for wholesale orders?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the design, materials used, and order quantity. We provide detailed quotes upon request.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?
We accept checks, money orders, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and international wire transfers.
Is there a deposit required for custom orders?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin production on all orders. The balance is due upon completion.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Due to the nature of wholesale orders, we accept returns up to 30 days on our standard designs. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Do you provide any warranty or guarantee for your costumes?
Our wholesale costume jewelry comes with a 60 day warranty covering any manufacturing defects such as: missing or broken stones, chipped electroplating, broken solder joints. We can generally repair these problems and send the item back to you.
Our custom jewelry has a lifetime warranty and we will repair most small issues. However, there have been occasions that the customer, for one reason or another, damaged the item beyond repair. We cannot fix these items.
We cannot replace your jewelry free of charge if it is lost or stolen.
